As the Director of Operations at Son Tours, Inc. much of my time is spent dealing with motor coach companies. I must say that Chicago Classic is really a fantastic company! From the friendly office personal, great equipment to the highly experienced and friendly drivers, and fair pricing, they really have it going on. If you are looking for a company to move your group and want it done safely, professionally, and right, check them out. You will not be sorry.

My experience with Chicago Classic Coach was less than favorable. The only reason that I did not give a one star rating is because the driver Arthur was outstanding. He was professional and very attentive to the the passengers. I was amazed that your company would send a bus for a long trip such as Canada without consideration whether the ride would be comfortable. When I and others first got on the bus, it was clean. The seats appeared uncomfortable and they were. They were too narrow. There were not even cup holders or trays so people had to hold their drinks in their hands or find creative ways to transport their beverages. I purchased beverages that were in bottles so that I could place in my bag on the floor. The bus would have been okay for a short term trip but this was unacceptable. This is a definite statement about the company. Under no circumstances would I recommend your company to organizations seeking to get transportation for a trip. As a result of my experience with your company, I would NEVER take another bus trip. I will also be writing to Diamond Tours with my review so that they can look for other companies for their travel needs.

I recently went on a tour that used Chicago Classic Motocoach. I repeatedly asked our driver, Mike, not to touch me as I stepped off the coach. He did it every time we unloaded. I DON’T like to be touched or have people in my personal space. I was very upset when he wouldn’t stop.

Rude business, bad customer service, workers use profanity, don't follow instructions when on someone's else property, blocked visitors cars in and refused too move bus.. lady was very rude with a nasty mouth. Zero stars if it were possible.. This company is trash.. Blocked the entire entrance for business and refused too move, parked right beside a parked school bus, that was smart.. Marriott Burr Ridge.. she blocked some of my guest in and refused too move the bus parked in front of handicapped stops..
