I purchased a brand new set of G5 Falcon Sport tires they were 800 mounted and balanced. Not a bad price they also did it pretty fast. Only problem is they chipped all four of my painted rims

Best tire shop in town, expect a wait line. Fast customer service when I got a flat tire hitting a pot hole and they installed a new tire and I even got to back out and put my car in reverse out of the garage from the elevated jack lift down a ramp
10 out of 10 for customer service. This place is packed and beyond busy but each member of the team takes their time to greet,acknowledge and give excellent customers service to everyone walking in their door. The way one of the team members handled a customer not happy she had to wait for a TP check was excellent. From the first time I called to discuss my tire needs and order my tires, to the ordering and scheduling process to now install has been handled with extreme professionalism. I can’t say enough to this team and their technicians. Will be back and suggest you try them out as well.
If a customer rolls up in a clunker and just needs a single tire, maybe don’t try and give them the runaround. Dude tried to sell me on literally everything and then told me there isn’t an installation fee. There definitely is. They refer to it as “Installation & Life of Tire Maintenance.” Right, because that’s totally not an installation fee. Took forever just to receive a single tire (uninstalled). Just once I’d like to roll up to any auto related service, in this terrible state, and not have them be dishonest and try and sell me on absolutely everything. Know your customer. If someone is driving what could easily be mistaken as a go-cart, then that’s probably not the person to try and oversell to. As is true of most of my reviews for businesses in Illinois, I have no idea why this place has so many positive reviews. Steer clear.
Exceptional service! I showed up for my appointment, the problems were diagnosed and recommendations made and I was assured I would be out within an hour. It was faster than that. More importantly, the slow leak is now fixed, tires rotated, and balanced and my car rides beautifully again.
