Great customer service. Monique is very helpful when it came to questions and setting up to get unit easily. She seems like she always in good mood and easy to talk to. She must be good boss to work for!!!! I need an extra unit right away and Bob had it ready in minutes!!! Very clean, my stuff is safe, and would recommend to anyone!!!

Monique was awesome! I wasn’t sure about the rental at first so she gave me some time to sit on it and I have ended up deciding to rent here! Thank you for a non stressful experience!
This place is near perfect, but during the winter, if there happens to be a lot of snow, there are no efforts to be plowed and salted. I got stuck TWICE in the snow today trying to remove items from my storage, and as another good Samaritan tried helping me out his truck died in the process with little to no room for mobility. I tried calling a few times and there is no emergency service or after hours management available. Very upsetting.
Nothing but good things to say about this place. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding the right storage option for me. They were always upfront on all costs associated with the rental. The place is clean and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend.
I spoke with Kaya about renting a climate-controlled unit while going through a possible move. The units shown were reasonably clean (imagine a well-kept industrial shop). Kaya herself was knowledgeable about the facility and friendly to work with. I'll keep this place in mind when it comes time to rent.
