I really liked their website. I went online, provided a few basic details of my request and submitted it on Friday. I received a confirmation email that my request was received and sat back and waited for a reply. The reply came on Saturday, and Rick said he would swing by my place to look at the trees and provide a quote on Monday. Well fortunately for me, he was in the area on Sunday and stopped by, inspected the trees, and gave me a quote. I told him \Let's do it\ and he said he'd get back to me on scheduling a date. Got an email on Monday with a target date of Wednesday. Come Wednesday morning, a crew of people showed up in 3 huge trucks, two of which had wood chippers in tow. The third truck had an hydraulic arm on it to pick up large pieces of wood. It was a legit operation and not one of those raggedy ones where the truck is being held together by straps. The crew worked efficiently. While one was trimming back one of the trees in the backyard, another was working in the front yard. The did a great job with the trimming and tree removal and cleaned up everything. The quick turn-around time from quote request (Friday) to job being completed the following Wednesday was great! The crew was very friendly, polite, and professional.. not just the supervisor. I happened to interact with 3 or 4 of the guys of the crew and they communicated to me in a way as if it was their own business. Overall, very happy with the entire service and experience.
We ordered firewood, and it was a super easy transaction. The wood was delivered quickly.
Love their response time and the wood is amazing I would reccomend this place if you need fire wood for the winter or for any occasion wish i knew Bout this business sooner
Got three quotes. I liked the website of grey tree best and the price was reasonable also. A crew of people came in and some trimmed my front tree and the others took down the tree in our backyard and removed the stump. I would use them again and just recommended them to my neighbor.
