Do we just not do pet waste removal in the winter now? Bins have been filled all over the property for over a week. Can charge 5 at a time for over night parking, but can’t afford property upkeep. Nice. Oh and they threaten 250 fines for not cleaning up after dogs? When they can’t do it to the entire property??? The irony Edit: respond to management team. Would love to call you but not one answers the phone, or calls back! Update 2/21: Management says they would like to address concerns, but same thing. Second two pictures are they same issue like a week later! Love walking past this daily

I moved here in July 2020 and I have had up and down experiences. You can definitely hear your neighbors from all around especially living on the first floor. Sometimes it feels like they’re literally right in your apartment. The overall complex is pretty nice, but it can get messy. The staff does a decent job on cleaning it up but I can’t say the residence keep it clean. You need a permit to park here and if you have a guest you’re required to pay for each guest each time they plan on staying past 10pm. Which is super inconvenient because sometimes you have unplanned guests and the office is closed on Saturday evenings so you can’t get permits and then you’re in huge risk of getting towed. Which is so expensive. My least favorite part of living here. It is very nice that they allow pets here because not a lot of complexes do, but there are cons to that. Not a lot of people pick up after their pets. I think it is an okay place to live if certain things were changed to better convenience the residence.
Don't live here! Paint peeling from the walls and tiling. The vinyl floors were warped and coming off the floor. Management does not respond to emails. There is never anyone in the main office to handle any concerns. Overall not worth the money. Save yourself the headache choose a different place to live!
The only good thing about this place is that the apartments are big despite the price. Everything else is awful. Management is a wreck and never calls back. My building did not have heat for 3.5 days (which is illegal) and no one came and checked on me. Neighbors are so loud when I called to complain the person I spoke with heard them through the phone, however nothing has been done about it. Had a parking pass in my car and it got towed anyway. No one here has any idea what they’re doing and I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move.
Moved in couple months ago and love it! Great service from the leasing office. Quiet area. Awesome workout room and pool area looks like it’ll be the perfect place to be in the summer. Dog park and playground right on the property. Made a great choice moving here. Thanks! Adding a new awesome laundry room. So many improvements since I’ve been here in just a few months.
