Everyone's experiences are different and I see that many people have had horrible experiences at this office. I can only write about mine. My kiddos and I misplaced our cards and so we went to apply for new ones. Yes, the wait time was soooooooo long (thank goodness for portable Nintendos!), but when it was our turn, the rep who helped was very sweet. He was nice and friendly and the whole application process was a breeze. I'm sorry so many people had unpleasant experiences. I hope this office makes an effort to improve so more people can have better experiences

The employees at this location are extremely rude and not empathetic. I’ve called to check the status of my application and they tell me to call the following week. I call the following week only to be yelled at and told call later in the week. While I understand they are overwhelmed with applications, there’s absolutely no reason to yell at someone.

Had an app at 10:45 for social security#. Let me in at 10:30 . All paperwork took 15 minutes. Very polite security officer and documentation employe.

37 windows and only 4 working, waiting time extremely high, why ssa always sucks. Spent half day just to update change.
