It is a pleasure to work with the staff at Countryside Bed & Bath. They are so attentive and caring for the animals that come through their doors. Every dog is given equal attention and care. The clients are very warming and always happy to see us when they walk in the salon. I really enjoy my job and the atmosphere here at Countryside Bed & Bath!
My dog stayed there for 3 1/2 days and came home with over half his food still left over, nails not trimmed like discussed and dried poop on his hind leg. Not sure if he was not fed like we asked but he is a pup that is already under weight and vet upped his food amount but wasn't fed properly for almost 4 days. He also came back home using the bathroom in our house, even while on the bed. In my opinion do not run a boarding facility if your staff cannot spend quality time letting these dogs out to use the restroom and to stretch their legs. I could have just left him home for that kind of care. Sorry!
