Bought a 2021 carport. They was very quick i stayed the first 20 minutes. Then I had to go to work. My wife was home. I told them what I wanted. They stacked 3 blocks on 1 corner trying to get it level. One side is completely off the ground. Stacked on blocks roughly 10 inches. I could honestly probably push it over with my bare hands. At this point I should have just done it myself. 2 of the legs had chew can size dents in it. Now I'm going to have to fix it myself and I'm out 1600. You have completely lost my business.

I purchased an American Steel RV port through a local distributor. The process up until installation went well and my experiences were positive, but the installation/construction was a nightmare. Not a single person on the crew of three spoke english and the driver was unable to back up their trailer causing significant damage to my driveway and yard. After a couple weeks and several calls, including addressing an incorrect claim that I had received compensation for the damage in the form of a discount in the reply to this review, I connected with Rocio who was committed to resolving the problem. She was empathetic and investigated the situation confirming my grievance. She adequately redressed the problems outlining measures to prevent something like this from happening in the future and gave me a 250 credit towards a planned future addition to our RV port.
The communication between the company and myself was spot on. They were very helpful and enjoyable to work with. Quick response delivery of products and excellent craftsmanship. I had to carports installed and were done in 4 hours. I have sense referred 3 other people to them because of my good experience. I also had two random people stop to ask where I got them from and was I happy. Now they to are intrest.
From start to finish it took 8 weeks for my 110' x 30' b x 12' building very pleased on construction and installers we had a 10 degree week with snow on there first day that still had these beast done by Thursday. Max and the crew did a great job .I even came them money for Dinner on thursday.will use again if ever need one and I have recommended to others. Well Find American Steel .Jeff Miller Oak Harbor Oh
