I would first like to start by saying I absolutely love the store! but anything they are charging you out LOOK at the prices they are charging you! especially any clearance Items! I was charged more than what the Item had said then was told it couldn't be returned to correct the price due to it being clearance item. they acknowledged it was there mistake. Proceeded to return to \Charge the correct price\ and literally just took 2.00 off. Never charged what the price should have been and got annoyed when I said this was still charged wrong. Did not fix it, so I left.

The store has been renovated since April 2018. It brought in new concepts such as a Virtual Bedding department, a Beverage Shop department, and incorporated a bit of Christmas Tree Shop. In Virtual Bedding one will see hanging displays of duvets, comforters, and quilts where you can then have an associate order them in-store and have them ship to you. In the Beverage Shop, you can sample a selection on k-cups before purchasing and have a few select espresso nachines demonstrated to you, if you are interested in purchasing one. Also, in the Christmas Tree Shop area called \Next Generation\ you can buy furniture pieces and other one of a kind items at a reasonable price. However, in Next Generation the items are limited stock, so if you love an item get it before it goes!!
Shopping here is great. They carry a wide range of household and personal items. I had an order to pick up and it was so quick and easy. I got my order right away and the rep who helped me was so pleasant and polite.
The staff is my biggest problem with this place. I Waited in line to make a return and nobody knows what to do or what steps to take to accept my return. I bought the item online, I took it to my nearest store with the return slip included, and the cashier along with someone who claimed to be the manager told me the receipt wasn’t working, it was scanning. Okay, that’s not my problem, I don’t work there so what do I know about their register not scanning my return slip. In the end, I was asked for my I.D and we all know returns with an I.d are for returns with no receipt. In the future, if I ever lose my receipt I would have already used my courtesy return via I.d and it’s annoying since I had one. The cashier said the I.d was mandatory to monitor fraud. So no I’m committing fraud with a receipt in hand? Stupid cashier, where do they find these people.
Clean, no crowds, cost conscious, helpful sales and cashier personnel. Safety standards being followed. Easy parking beautiful blue sky
