A shout out to Dakota Art! These guys offer fabulous service, have a comprehensive product line and their workshops always draw top name artists. Recently, I was headed out on a plein air painting trip to a remote location in eastern Washington and managed to forget my pastel paper at home. One call to Dakota and they were able to find a way to ship pastel paper to me - which arrived the next day! This type of outstanding service is hard to find. Thanks to Dakota for their fabulous service and personal care!

Its a great place to get pastels, and other art supplies. They also have art classes taught by industry professionals that give amateur artist wonderful tips.
Pastel artists wonderland. Several nice books, great selection of paper and pastels in every color. Worth a visit to stock up on pastels and try every brand of stick and pencil. Super nice people. Can't wait to take a workshop here someday.
They carry a full line of everything a pastelist needs. Quality pastels, papers, and all manner of supplies and boxes. I especially love the singles/open stock availability. I have used the online store and their customer service is super. Everything is packed well and shipped out quickly. I only wish I was close enough to take advantage of their pastel workshops!
Staff is so informative one sales girl ( black hair) is my go to on questions regarding chalk pastels. They have a HUGE selection of chalk pastels prices are very good, qualiy is unsurpassed will never buy chalks from retail craft stores again.
