High rollers? Highly doubtful. I was told my stuff is going to be here one day before the party so I can set up comfortably. Now 1 hour before my party and not only is the truck not here but nobody has any idea where the guy is. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Will never do business again

They were very helpful accomidating me with some last minute party planning. I was able to go there and pick up what I needed. Very helpful and friendly staff
It's not a big business. The owner is a very pleasant guy. Prices reasonable. Got what I wanted.
These crooks stole my money, i did not end up Renting from them and they refused to refund my money. All be aware. These are crooks and thieves.
I rented two transparent pascha arm chairs for my baby shower. The process of seeing what the item looked like before agreeing to the rental was delayed. I received two pictures which looked satisfactory to me, which made me proceed to the rental. When the day arrived to pick up the items much to my dissatisfaction the chair were not up to par. They were not the material explained to me via email or phone. I was told they were madeof glass. There were scratches and markings all over the chair and were not appropriate to be rented as is. Since my event was the following day i had no choice to accept them, but without some negotiations to be done. I spent almost two hours trying to get them to lower the price. With no avail. I would strongly not recommend this vendor. Product quality sucked and the professionalism was sub par. Try please be seated or other vendors. The location was also not very clean.
