I ordered various sizes of wood mounts ending in 3/4ths, and the company sent me out all the sizes ending in 7/8th. I called to advise that I received the wrong size in error and asked for a refund/replacement, and the man I spoke to said I am suppose to "assume" that the size I ordered off the website will automatically be bigger than what I ordered (based on a drawing of a wood mount that showcases the placement of the hourglass cut, where the arrows don't stretch all the way to the end). There's no words advising that I would receive a 7/8th size and not a 3/4th size. They said that it's "based on the die being 3/4th". But I'm not ordering dies! They shouldn't assume my dies are 3/4th! They also shouldn't assume I need another size, if my dies are 3/4th. I'm ordering a wood mount specific to a 3/4th cut, and I didn't receive the 3/4th wood mount size I ordered. I received a 7/8th and it will not fit my machinery. Their website said the wood mounts "are pre-cut and can be ordered in any size". So that's what I ordered, was the wood mount size I needed. But they shipped me a size that is bigger than what I ordered. The man I spoke to said that I could return them, but I would have to pay for return shipping for these two very large boxes of wood mounts. That's not fair, when it's clear that I received a product size larger than what I ordered and was not told that I would receive a different size than ordered. I'm just really dissatisfied with their customer service choice on this matter.

I originally wrote a really nasty review of this company but I can't in good conscience leave it posted. These guys are really professional and knowledgeable about the products they offer. I really thought about it and the customer service they offer is probably better than what I'm willing to do and I greatly appreciate it. I want to single out Gerald the sales manager for the detailed and thoughtful emails he sent me.

We purchased a 20 Ton SureTemp press with a special request for a larger opening than normal. The press works great! Customer service was excellent. I would recommend Jackson Marking products for moulding machines for small lab and research applications where processing polymers is required. Rick MacNeil
