They are great when speaking to but they are horrible at responding to emails and actually following up on things such as a revised commercial invoice. They need to improve on their email and actually sticking to their words.
Great when you walk in. But when you have a question regarding a package, they are horrible. Kept me on hold for like 40 minutes. All I needed was the address of where my package was for pick up. He kept taking people while I was waiting
Staff are very helpful and friendly. You can laugh and enjoy the time being spent there. I appreciate their service.
This is the best place to receive your mail very nice staff and the manager they are really kind to me every time I pick up my mail so if you need a mailbox please go there and see the very friendly staff!! Letterbox is the best place!! Keep up the good work guys
