Had a great experience today. Went in for a door I thought i wanted ..looked at other options and got the one that I really liked and he got me new hardware and tapes that i didn't know I would need , Had everything I needed in stock and will be back for more things I will need ..He gave good advice/tips on what i Should do for install took that advice and went smooth..

I needed posts and brackets for a carport. They didn't have everything in stock but they ordered what I needed and it arrived promptly. Great service and courteous, knowledgeable help.

GO ELSEWHERE Bought a replacement door and the outer aluminum frame was 1/2” larger on all sides than the old one. First he suggested my measurements were off. The door was exactly correct just the aftermarket outer-frame was too large to fit without removing& cutting siding, which would cost a grand to hire someone. the old frame was steel. Was told that I should cut the frame, which will simply compromise the integrity. Then he said he’s been doing this for 20 years and this is the first time he ever had this problem.....I sense dishonesty and he never offered to make anything right. My measurements were exact, and when I bought a door from the Everett place that is now closed, they just needed the make/model for a perfect replacement door. This place wasn’t interested in the model and insisted on measurements only (RED FLAG). Go elsewhere- this isn’t a business you can trust. Anything to make the sale, even deceit.
