I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance with covet. I was taking excellent care of. The nurses were amazing. They allowed my husband to stand next to the door and wave to me and talk to me. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because my hospital room was disgusting. Roaches were coming up out of the shower drain.

The service Nurses and Dr' s are very good. Howver management is horrible.I asked the nurse when was the last time she was tested at the hospital she said we don't get tested. They don't test the staff for covid at all unless they show symptoms. Horrible, what if they are asymptomatic ? they will infest the entired staff and patients. Get it together Management. Test your staff on a weekly basis like other hospitals do. PROTECT YOUR STAFF , FAMILES AND PATIENTS. ...

Absolutely the worst hospital to go to. While the nursing and doctors are kind you have to go through disrespectful security and staff. I entered the hospital with injuries to my lower extremities. They refused to give me a stretcher or wheelchair to elevate my legs. They tried to make me walk on my injured legs to go to the bathroom. Patient care assistants and nurses have passed by me while I cried for help and in pain. Crying in so much pain because I could not even get up and leave this hospital. Then to go receive my medical records from the hospital they gave me a difficult time, I waited over 30 min. Could not bring my records to me and I have bilateral ankle fractures and am in a high car. I am absolutely disgusted with even the cleanliness of this place. And I will be making complaints

They need to do better with their professionalism and care. Spoke to one kind nurse, and everyone else was rude. Being understaffed and stressed doesn't give the right to mistreatment and bad service.
