Carpet One in Mount Vernon are very helpful! I am currently getting my house ready to go on the market and the Big Orange Box Store in Burlington needed 6 weeks after they order carpet, then can install. Carpet One had previously sold me carpet (a couple of years ago). And couple install in about a week! A Big Win-Win! The carpet looks great! A great big thank you to Amanda and her team!

We worked with Mount Vernon Carpet One after a burst pipe flooded our kitchen. We needed to replace flooring, cabinets and countertops. Cecil and Dotty not only worked with us to make everything beautiful, but coordinated with our insurance company - which was no small task. The project took longer than we hoped but much of that was the result of the insurance issues and Covid-19 materials delay. When the flooring we chose was going to be delayed Dotty worked with us to find a better flooring option with local stock. The tradespeople used were all professional and the fit and finish of everything is perfect. Carpet One will be our first call when it's time for new carpet in the bedrooms.

This is the second time we have worked with Carpet One. Very wonderful company, all representatives, whether it is the sales staff or the installation crews, are very courteous and knowledgeable about flooring. Quotes are very accurate and thorough. Great selections of flooring as well.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dotty was fabulous, knew exactly what I wanted when I got to the showroom! The finished job looks perfect, exactly what I was hoping for and more. My family has used this company for years and have always had extremely professional service and not only is the quality of the product great, the installers do a fantastic job as well. Only place I would ever go for my flooring needs!!!
