Doctor and staff are always friendly. Easy to get an appointment. Worked with me on my insurance. Helped me pick out frames. Doctor is friendly and knows what he is doing. All around great place to get glasses. Did not rate a 5 because though it is great it just did not blow me away in terms of customer service. I do get calls back when requested. Office is clean and comfortable. Will continue to get my glasses here. Would recommend.

I didn't like the glasses very much when I received them--they were uncomfortable. I went back and had them adjusted a couple of times and they were still uncomfortable--the nose pads irritated my skin. I couldn't see very well through them and I was told I could upgrade to a better quality lens. I didn't because I was already unhappy with the glasses and didn't want to pay more. The person who helped me seemed professional, but as though I was just one more person to be polite to. I didn't feel comfortable with the staff--it just didn't feel like an experience I wanted to repeat and I won't go back.
Staff was friendly however the doctor saw me for about 3 minutes. Said she wasn't sure of issue (watery eye, sensitive to light) and prescribed steroid eye drops. 2 weeks later I receive a 150 bill. I called to schedule follow up, explaining the doctor didn't thoroughly evaluate my eye issues and I was still having trouble, was told I would need to pay another 150 for office visit. Save your money and go to a doctor willing to take the time to research the issue so you do not have to keep returning and paying for \office visits
Dr was great. People in the office do not understand how to communicate with clients. I went in to order a new pair of glasses. Ordering them was fine, I waited 30 extra mins to make sure that my glasses were covered by insurance, she let me know they were indeed COVERED by my insurance for frames and new lenses. I waited for their call to let me know the glasses were in. I go to pick them up and there's just lenses, no frames. I was told that I was the one who \miscommunicated\ what new glasses meant. If I wanted new lenses I would have said lenses. GLASSES doesn't mean LENSES only. Then after waiting another week and a half for them to order the frames they call me to tell me I owe an amount at pick up. Even though the obstetrician assured me I WAS covered when I waited the extra 30 minutes. Again, I was told that I was the one who misunderstood. Also their sign says *payment due at order* and I did not have to pay the day of the order bc she said I was covered. Absolutely no help when talking to the people that don't deal with billing. They just want to tell you that you misunderstood them. When it comes to my money, I don't \misunderstand\ anything. Most people want to make sure they KNOW what they are paying BEFORE ordering. I will not be recommending them anymore because of the staffing \miscommunication\ problems.
Stopped by cause my nose pad feel off on my glasses I didn't even but from them. They replaced both at no cost! Super friendly and a nice clean and organized store front. I think I'll be getting my next glasses here.
