Veterans. Do not bother talking to these people unless you are pre-approved by the VA. If you are referred to them for urgent care from a non-VA clinic, they will not give you an appointment until a VA approval has come through and we all know that can sometimes be a long wait. The ladies on the phone talk down to you and will not acknowledge that you know more about VA coverage than they. They believe all VA coverage must go through the Tri-West portal and would not accept my explanation that Tri-West is for military retirees only. I have the phone number for them to call to submit a claim for Puget Sound Regional Veterans Healthcare, but apparently they are not interested. I hope all veterans and those that support veterans will seek another source for ENT treatment.

Their team is simply amazing!! Every single person that helped my little one was fantastic, I wish every doctors office cared as much as they do here. They were perfect, professional and always kind in the office and the surgery center. Hats off to you, Dr. England and your entire team!

This place is horrible. The office staff are always so rude, and never compassionate. The wait time for an appointment is usually 2-3 weeks. I waited 8 weeks for my first appointment, even with a referral from Urgent Care and a painful condition. The office staff (especially the women answering the phone!) have a lot to learn regarding insurance, and frequently don’t know what they are talking about. I will say the medical assistants I’ve interacted with were nice and professional. Dr Johnson is a nice enough guy, but I frequently (every visit) had to remind him why I was there. He could never remember. I also had ear surgery, and they kept us waiting for 3 hours past the supposed “scheduled” start time. Not cool, especially when you are starving, nervous, and the clock is ticking on when you need to pick your kids up...and again Dr Johnson needed reminding WHY I was having the surgery in the first place. My most recent interaction began with an extremely rude, cold, and misinformed receptionist. It ended with me transferring care to Bellingham ENT. If you are considering Cascade ENT, just DON’T.
