Petco booked a last minute appointment for my puppy's first trim today after PetSmart cancelled ours without notice. Not only was the staff accommodating, they were friendly and took the time to really look at what our puppy needed done. He came back smelling fresh and looking better than he has since we got him. Definitely recommend coming here for all your grooming needs!
Horrible customer service at Petco in Mount Vernon, NY. Sale price did not came up on cashier machine during my purchase. Cashier 17 Khaliah on 12/27/2020 at 5:51pm. The unprofessional cashier at this horrendous location did not believe me. I kept telling her the price but she said I was wrong because computer does not show it. It was a long line so I did not want to leave the line. I asked her if I pay now and go take a picture can I come straight to you to adjust price? She said if you want to. She did not offer to have someone verify the price for me. She also did not price match the internet price which was also 18.99. All this over one dollar. It was not about the money but the principle. She charged me the 19.99 and I went to verify price. I took a picture and showed it to her. At this point she she said I will only adjust if you get back on the line. It was a very long line. It was terrible for her to treat a customer this way. She lied and was unprofessional. I got back on the long line again, just out of principle, to make her fix the price. By the way she also had an attitude while adjusting the price. I will never come back to this location after this ridiculously bad experience. I would give zero stars if that was possible. I will tell everyone I know how bad the Mount Vernon Petco location is. Especially cashier 17 Khaliah. She should be reprimanded or fired. She has zero customer service skills

Very helpful & cashiers are very nice & helpful as well Cashier in a earlier visit a male. Recommended for our new cat the cat food Acana Homestead Harvest. He had 2 cats. My cat loves it.
