I found the staff to be very courteous and efficient. Dr. Ho was professional, friendly, very informative and possessed a great bedside manor.
My first time having a cystoscopy, not sure I spelled it correctly was a noninvasive procedure that I thought would be. Dr. Ho located 2 tumors in my bladder that a CT scan, nor a ultrasound could detect. He scheduled me for surgery not more than 2 1/2 weeks out. I don't know how I got in so quickly for a surgery appointment, but very happy with the service. Nurse Amy was an absolute delight to work with, I hope she is there for the surgery. Dr. Ho and Nurse Amy made receiving the diagnosis not scary. Amazing bedside manner that usually lacks in the medical profession.
