Very dissatisfied. We were grateful that they were able to get us in for repairs as we live in our RV full time and required a full day appointment for work on warranty items - we purchased our RV from a different RV Country, but were told that other RV Country locations would be able to help us with warranty work. The scheduling was challenging, but they worked with us. We were alarmed at the cost, but soon realized that is how it works in the RV repair world - it would have been nice to have understood more of that upfront. But, I am holding myself responsible for that - I should have asked more questions and made sure I understood how it worked. That is not what this review is about - just an fyi for new RV owners. The problem that has lead to me giving them only 2 stars in this review is that the work they did was shoddy and disappointing. Several of the repairs were very poorly done; in fact, I would question if one, or more, of the the repair persons were trained technicians. Roughly 50% of the work that Mt Vernon RV Country was paid to complete, was so poorly done that we are now hiring a different repair person to fix these items. Additionally, there was mess everywhere - clips of wire, scraps, and screws, all over the floor and our furniture that they worked on, was not re-secured to the floor. Since the repairs were what we were there for, that is what this review is based on. Given our experience, I cannot and will not recommend RV Country - Mt Vernon for repairs. Period.

We had a great experience at rv country. Our salesman, Corbin, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He repeatedly demonatrated that our needs and happiness were the most important thing. Highly recommend!
My sales associate, Nick was fantastic. He was most helpful to get me in the travel trailer that suited me and my family, at a great price. There was a no pressure approach which was very refreshing. That goes for the entire team there as well. I couldn’t recommend RV Country enough if you’re looking for a new rig. Thanks Nick
