I have been going to Wendy for a couple years. She was my second try at massage; I had tried someone else before and didn't understand the hype. Let me say I definitely did after the work Wendy did. The space is clean, calm, and welcoming. She starts every visit asking after your current pain points, and does a very thorough job. Most impressively, she will talk to you and give you tips so that you can manage or alleviate tension between visits, such as certain stretches or exercises, foam rollers, walking more, etc. I cannot recommend her enough, she's such an important part of my healthcare team.

She is warm and personable and truly cares about your well-being. More importantly, she is very knowledgeable about the muscular and skeletal structure and alerted me to other possible issues that may be contributing to my pain. Knowing we would most likely not cross paths again, she sent me on my way armed with various options to get me on the road to recovery. I'm so grateful I had the chance to meet her!
