We lived here for 7 years. Every year lot rent went up which in February of this year 2020 will be 374. Way too much in Muncie Indiana for just lot rent. It was so hard to get anything done with the office. Had tried to call the main corporate office several times but they never return phone calls. All we can say is that company just wants that money!!! They’ll gladly charge those 50, 75 fees! Used to be a beautiful mobile home park. Happily moved over to Freedom Acres! Saving over 100 a month! Highly recommend anyone thinking about moving here to check out other parks before signing a lease at countryside! We couldn’t take another year of rude management and broken promises!
Great, fast application process. Amanda went above and beyond to meet our needs. Pretty, well maintained neighborhood. Would recommend to anybody.
We love it here great Neighbors great little community as far as the staff goes couldn't ask for better. very friendly and good personality. The staff always answers the phone and does an absolute best to take care of our needs.
We just moved in almost two weeks ago, and so far, we are very happy here. We have had only positive experiences with the staff thus far. My one complaint is that we moved into a new lot where they hadn't gotten a new internet line put in outside, so we had to call Comcast to get one, and they charged us 70 for having to come by and do it. I haven't called to see if they'll reimburse us for it or not yet. If our experiences grow sour over time, as it seems many have experienced, I'll update my rating. But as for now, I really only have good things to say.
I would like to thank Amanda for working so hard on our application. Her dedication and follow through certainly sets a high bar for customer service. Great community, great staff!
This is by far the worst place I’ve ever rented from. Beautiful homes, wonderful community, awful customer service. If you EVER have any issues, they won’t fix them. I pay 725 a month for rent, I went two months without air and now I’m finding out they never cashed one of my rent checks from JUNE. AWFUL.
We enjoyed living there. We were quite shocked that they charged us 150.00 for a toilet seat that the pin kept coming out of and "misc". We had never rented before and didn't think anything about it. Imagine our surprise! If we would have called them they would had to fix it for free...wish we had thought of that.
