Worked with A&M on a backyard project (landscape & patio) and the results are phenomenal. The crew arrived on time, worked in an efficient manner, and was extremely professional. Shout out to Tom Modzelewski (A&M Design Director) for all the hard work over the last couple of months. He was always available to discuss any issues or questions that would arise. Extremely professional! When it comes to design, products, and knowledge...this guy know's his stuff. My only caveat would be to expect some delay between initial consult and mock up of a design (for us - 5 weeks). After settling on a design, took another month before actual construction began (city permits, HOA Approvals, and A&M crew availability). In the end, very happy with the result. Top quality all around. Will be recommending to friends/family.

AM Woodland just completed a drainage project in my yard. We've had drainage issues since we moved in, our yard would flood in moderate to heavy rain and leave standing water for days, our downspouts were all clogged in the ground (they went into pipes in the ground underground somewhere), and my sump pump would have to drain into my yard because the pipe in the ground it went into was also clogged. Kirk came and looked over everything and made some recommendations for dry wells and new underground drainage with new downspout drainage and sump drainage as well. He said after they were done, the sump pump would barely go off, which I was excited to think about. The project was completed about a month ago and I have a \smart\ sump pump that tracks my pump usage in an app. Before the drainage was done, my sump pump would go off 200-300 times a day on average, and if we got a heavy rain it would go off 1500 times (yes, 1,500). Now that the drainage is done and the ground water has drained and stabilized, my sump pump only goes off 15-20 times in an entire day, and during some recent heavy rains, it only went off about 10 more times than average. This is absolutely incredible. These guys did a really great job, and the crew working in my yard was very professional and polite. I would absolutely use them again for future projects. We are also working with them on a future three season room project, and so far the work they've proposed is stellar, the design is gorgeous, and we can't wait to move forward. Thanks to everyone at AM Woodland, especially Brian and Kirk, really great guys to work with.

I asked A.M. Woodland to fix the terrible drainage in my backyard. Kirk came by to assess my backyard and presented a couple options. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. They regraded the yard, installed a French drain, and laid sod over the the yard where they worked. A couple days after they installed the drain, we had a massive rain and my yard drained like it never has before. My yard looks great and, most importantly, is dry! A.M. Woodland was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended!
