HUGE thank you to Annie and Candy for trimming our dog's nails. He has not had a nail trim in years since he is beyond difficult and our vet even recommended sedating him in order to trim his nails which we really didn't want to have to resort to. After reading multiple reviews from local pet owners praising Annie at Bark University I knew I had to make an appointment to bring Duke in. I had zero expectations when I brought Duke in for his appointment - worst case they wouldn't be able to trim him and I would have to take the vets suggestion. To my surprise, Annie and Candy were able to get the job done!!! Duke was not an easy client to put it lightly....Annie and Candy both worked their magic and were beyond patient with Duke. We are beyond grateful for Annie, Candy and the entire BU team. Doggie whisperers!

We recently had Candy over to help our new adopted 2-year-old lab learn how to go down the stairs by himself. She had him going down the stairs within 20 minutes. She's so kind and gentle. We're having her back for more behavioral help with little triggers that sets the pup off. Highly recommended!

This place was great! The people are so nice and the grooming was great. Annie the groomer was communicative and said she loved having him. They are taking extra precautions with the current pandemic too, which is good. My dog was cut well and happy when he got home.
