I loved Olson Rug as soon as I entered their store for the first time in Mundelein store. Jim was great and so was Laura the dispatcher of the crew. Leo came to install the carpet right on the time and did a very good install. He and his crew were very polite and performed their work meticulously. All I can say is that I am a really happy customer from start to finish.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience recently! Jim was awesome to work with and helped us pick the perfect color and style of carpet for our new home. Shelton was very accommodating with helping us get the areas measured and the install crew (Leo) was absolutely incredible. They were timely, efficient, dependable and very nice guys in general. Laura and Andy were very helpful in planning the install especially when we needed to change dates. This is the second time we’ve used Olson Rug and we would definitely use them a third!

I just purchased new carpet from Olson Rug and flooring. I cannot begin to say enough good things about Jim and Shelton They are extremely knowledgeable and are such wonderful guys to work with! May I add, that their prices are excellent too. The level of customer service, that they provide is exceptional. They are both wonderful reflections on that store. That is why, I have been a repeat customer for about twenty years. I just had the new carpet installed this morning by two exceptional installers, Jesus and Alex. They got the job done quickly and perfectly. They totally cleaned up everything, and took away the old carpet. On my next carpet or flooring install, I will be sure to ask for them! Christy W.
