The selection isn't so great, things don't often change around there, but besides that I find Sparrow's Nest to be one of the best thrift stores in town in terms of cleanliness. The atmosphere is very nice and doesn't have any overpowering smell. The workers are incredibly nice, and the prices aren't as high.

Always a bargain to be found here and a great place to donate good used items! Friendly, helpful staff and supports a great cause.

It's hard to imagine how discourteous the drivers were on pick up. They were rude and very confrontational. They left with out picking up the items that they said they take. Not only that the whole process was not followed according to the way customer service was supposed to use. I want to thank Glenn, the linguist manager, for his generous offer to pick it up. I decided to go in a different direction and called another company. Would not recommend and will dissuade friends from using them.

Prices are high and almost on par with retail or eBay. If it's valuable, they'll print out a sheet from eBay on a current listing, not a sold listing! If you're going to do that you might as well put it on eBay.
