I had been seeing Dr. Ibrahim for a few years (2011-2016) and built trust in him pretty quickly. Even though I was pretty young, he was really respectful and took time to truly listen to my thoughts and experiences. He remains to be one of my favorite doctors (his practices worked for me, and he had a good attitude/customer service) and if I were still in the area, I would still choose to go to him.

They were very quick to charge me for everything under the sun. And I was still in pain. The staff is rude and short tempered. Dr. Mclinic makes you feel like your lying and your just there to get meds. I told him several times that the things he tried was not working. He just keep pushing expensive injections and again, Did not work. I left there and hope the people who still go there all the luck!

I would not recommend them, my husband was in so much pain afterwards and he had to get back surgery. After a year we got a bill from them! I wouldn’t waist my time going there.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Dr. McClenic has ZERO compassion as a doctor. His staff that run the office (except Keisha) are rude on the phone. Half way through explaining something, I'd be put on hold and transferred elsewhere. After years of lower back pain, I finally decided to find out what was wrong. Doctor has NO problem poking me with needles in my back (because he makes more money that way) than giving me medicine to hold me over until my first appointment with a surgeon. The elderly in his office talk about the good pain meds they get while I get absolutely none. Now I have to wait until my appointment with a surgeon to get any pain relief. If you are young, stay away from this place. You'll just be treated like a drug seeker. Mind you, I've only been to a doctor for my back once and only asked for pain meds ONCE. That place lacks compassion for those in pain and treats them like incoming cash.
