Jon was great! He was very friendly and easy to work with, quick to respond to all of my questions, and worked with me to hold a vehicle I was interested in buying for a day so I could come from Boise to test drive it and purchase it. Gave me a good deal on my trade-in vehicle as well. Jason in the finance department was very friendly also, however, I came with my own financing so I can’t really review that part of the dealership. Overall it was an excellent truck buying experience!
Couldn't have asked for a smoother, more straight forward experience. Jason and Jason were quick, fast, and incredibly competent. From the time that the test drive was done, and the car was selected, I was able to negotiate my price, get through financing and waited for the car wash to be completed. I will recommend Jason to anyone that is in the market for a good, reliable car. Top notch customer service.
I love Murdock Hyundai! My mom got a car from there a few months ago and she got excellent service and I did as well. They really went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted. Super friendly and helpful staff.
A simple request to look at my sunroof turned into 2 months of waiting and over 3600 in repair and labor because of damage they caused. They repaired something that didn't need to be repaired, and damaged the liner and sunshade in my car, which they said nothing about until I noticed it, and resulted in a complete replacement of both the liner and sunshade. After keeping my car for 2 weeks, they called to tell me more parts came in and asked me to bring my car in when they already had it. Then, once again, I had to point out rattling in the sunroof area which turned out to be screws they "forgot" to tighten, and parts missing that I had to wait another week for, but turns out they realized more parts were missing and told me I had to wait another 2 weeks. The new liner and sunshade is still stained and the "new" liner they installed doesn't line up properly in some places and edges are exposed. This cost them well over 3,000 to repair and obviously didn't know what they were doing.
I have now purchased my 2nd car from this dealer. I will go back next time too! Scott Child is the best. Super helpful. We also met Tyler Murdock who made sure everything was good and let us know about their insurance program. I highly recommend Murdock dealerships!!!
Our salesperson, Luis, was kindly persistent when we were shopping many different dealerships representing various vehicle manufacturers. He kept checking in with us at just the right moment, listening to our ever-changing list of “must-haves” and each time came back with a vehicle for us to consider. Finally, he outworked the other 8 or so salespeople who were calling on us and helped us find the right vehicle at the right price. Thank you Luis!
