I’ve been a member for over 20 years. If you’re looking for a family gym, a hard core bodybuilding gym, an old school gym with all the new amenities, then Olympus is the place for you. Great people, great staff, Shawn (The Owner) has always been there for us. Being in the movie industry, -Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 -Spider-Man Homecoming -Creed 2 -Boy Erased - Hell fest -Undercover Brother 2 -Jumanji “The Next Level “ -Sleepy Hollow -Insatiable I need a place I can go to that provides me with all the tools I need. The rest is up to me. Come on in and see for yourself. It’s time to step it up!

I love this gym and I have been training here for years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and Shawn is always around to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. They have all the equipment in the world, and the facility is clean and spacious. You cannot beat the value at the price of membership. I would not go anywhere else.

Hands down one of the best gyms in Middle Tennessee! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff that really cares about their members. Home to some of the best coaches in the sport of bodybuilding. The whole facility is always spotlessly clean and they have more space and more equipment than any gym around. It’s easy to see why people who take fitness seriously call Olympus home!

My wife and I love training at Olympus!! We have been to many gyms over the coarse of 15 years and Hands down best gym in all quality areas. It’s a serious gym, Serious equipment, with a serious understanding of how to treat its members from all walks of life. We are greeted with a sincere smile as we arrive and a farewell as we leave. Shaun is a awesome manager very personable and respectful. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We will refer anyone to this gym or convince them why they should leave the current gym they are at to join Olympus!! Super clean, positive staff, great equipment, motivating atmosphere! So so Glad we decided to make this gym our gains loader and aid in accomplishing our health goals.
