We made an agreement that the flat rate for fixing the refrigerators was gonna be 90.00 per hour including the inspection of the refrigerators. Then they charged us an additional 90.00 just for driving over, yet we live in Murfreesboro. These 90.00 were not disclosed prior to our agreement. On top of that a second repairman arrived with parts that were needed for the job as well. We did not agree to pay two people 90.00 per hour EACH. We were told the repair was gonna take two hours, but upon inspecting the bill we were charged for a total of 4 hours with the non disclosed \driving fee\ and arrival of the \parts delivery\ repairman. If you want to have nondisclosed prices and broken agreements then I recommend this company. On top of that their repairs have no warranty. I recommend seeking professionals who have faith in their work.
