Dr. Robert Jordan

Michael Lively was my sales rep and done a wonderful job. Would differently recommend him on your next merch visit. However, not always the case for the maintenance department. Will not be getting any work done here do to past experience. I did buy a bike from Chris Humphrey and would return to do business with him. I guess a discount for a review is fair.

Never had a bad experience with the Parts department at Sloan's. I ride Harley's, but I go to Sloan's for all my helmets and riding gear because of their customer service. If they have to order something, it's usually delivered within a week. I live an hour and half away in Kentucky, shipping to my house is always quick, within 48 hours from their store to my location. I highly suggest talking to Brian, Kelly, or one of the Parts crew, you won't be disappointed.

Sloan's made a long time dream come true for us today. I had been working with our salesman, Jason, for over a week now, always after closing it seemed like. No pressure to get a sale, just a friendly conversation every time I walked in to sit on a different bike. The team made accommodations for a spur of the moment test ride after I settled on the bike I wanted to own well after hours. When the time did come to start negotiating a deal, Jason and David made sure we got everything we wanted in the end. Jamie was also kind enough to make sure my family felt at home while waiting for the buying process to be completed. The team was incredible to work with and the inventory is unlike anything else in the region. They also made sure that I understood that the service does not end with the sale and a hand shake, but to be sure to keep in touch in the future for new gear, bikes, services, and more, as we are officially part of the Sloan business family. I can't recommend Sloan's enough. Thanks for getting us back on two wheels!
