I set up an appointment on the website yesterday and received a web confirmation. I copied it and sent it to my wife for reference, so I have that picture of the web confirmation. I arrived on time only to find no appointment was scheduled. The receptionist apologized offered me a facial appointment or an appointment later today. I work Monday Friday and my weekends are important to me. I planned my day around this appointment and I think they could have offered me something more than another appointment. Their website failed and if it does not cost them anything they may not be inclined to fix it. My appt was for stress relief, but this error has added to my stress, which is something non of us need right now.

Great staff. Darlene is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in trying new products and procedures. My facial results are amazing and I’m looking forward to my next treatment.

Everyone talks about how the membership is “death trap”... as long as you read your agreement that YOU SIGN... you’re fine! everything the owner tells you when wanting to cancel, is in your agreement that you sign. I love all the benefits! The owner is very friendly and helpful as long as you are respectful to her and her workers.

I LOVE having a membership here!!! The entire staff is super friendly and they really do care about my well being!! Due to covid i wanted to pause my account and as soon as i finished the paperwork they emailed me that my account is on pause! What an efficient establishment! I love it here!!
