TWO YEARS for one pair of shoes, that I still don't have ! Murphy's contact my doctors few months to say that its "JUST" one more paper that we need, for the last 2 1/2 years,and Not one call to say anything ever. Now going into the 3rd year I told them NO Thanks! IDK WHAT KEEBLER COBBLER ELF'S they have carving my shoes but this is UNACCEPTABLE ! ! !
