I am the Assistant Chief of Police at the Vernal Police Department. I have worked with SVCI for several years and have nothing but praise for their workmanship, cooperation, customer service, and final product. My department helped design and purchased a Critical Incident trailer which was constructed to be utilized as a mobile command center, a mobile crime scene unit, and a portable forensic center. The trailer contains an all weather restroom, and the ability to operate everything from command center operations, operational briefings, to computer forensics. Once we expressed our basic concept, SVCI and their staff communicated continually and built exactly what we needed. They also constructed the trailer within our available resources with a plan and the ability to upgrade and improve the trailer in the future (which we have done). I would recommend SVCI to anyone and have in fact done so on many occasions.

I have known Matt Stehno (SVCI) for several years. Our relationship began a decade ago when our agency began the search for a new Mobile Command Center. The search started on a national level, looking for a vendor that could construct a command center specific to our needs. To my surprise there was a local company (SVCI) that could meet that challenge. Meeting Matt for the first time, I was extremely impressed. Matt's knowledge, professionalism and commitment to creating a quality product quickly eased the stress of such a large project. As we began the design process, Matt was more than patient as several changes, additions and even deletions that were made. Matt provided an atmosphere and allowed input that made me feel important as a customer. After months of design and fabrication, the final product far exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship of Matt's staff at SVCI produced a quality piece of equipment that is still in operation to this day, and is still operating and holding together strong. Since then, my agency has purchased several pieces of equipment to include a Tactical Van, Surveillance Equipment, Cameras, Pole Camera, Tactical Gear and various other equipment. I was a member of a municipal SWAT team when I was introduced to SVCI and it's owner, Matt Stehno. My department had purchased a box truck for use as a SWAT transport vehicle and mobile command post. I took on the responsibility of facilitating the build out of the truck. I contacted multiple vendors for various aspects of the build out, receiving several bids in the process, before it was suggested that I contact SVCI. I met with Mr. Stehno and was impressed by his professionalism and the quality of the products he had on display. SVCI ended up doing the majority of the design and build out, as well as correcting several issues that were created by other vendors. To say that I was pleased with the outcome would be an understatement...the final product exceeded my expectations. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail, created a platform that is easy to operate, very functional, aesthetically pleasing and is a source of pride for myself and the department. Since the build out, we purchased numerous items from SVCI, including a tactical camera system that integrates with the audio and visual systems on the SWAT truck. Mr. Stehno stands by the work of SVCI and provided stellar customer service throughout the build out and for the years following, from receiving middle of the night phone calls to dropping everything and coming out to show us how to work something. I have repeatedly pointed people to SVCI, and continue to do so. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for high quality tactical gear and surveillance equipment, along with competitive prices and excellent customer service.
