Utopia installed the infrastructure and did an amazing job. I couldn't even tell where they had brought the line from the parkstrip to the side of the house. The crew that set up the inside equipment were amazing and even drilled through brick for me because I didn't want the line through the combustion air hole. The setup inside looked nice and clean as well.

I was scheduled for final install on Feb 19. Nobody showed up to run the conduit or pull the fiber. Nobody called. I have called Utopia many times and nobody has ever called me back or told me anything. No one can explain why the conduit and fiber was never delivered to the house or when they can actually get it done. Awful service. Awful follow up. Convince me otherwise Utopia. Not feeling very Utopic!
I had signed up for the service and they scheduled me on the 24th of February between 8:00am to 12:00pm I called to confirm the appointment and they said it wasn't scheduled until the 26th of February I asked if they could get someone out to get it setup because I had scheduled my work to be at home between that time. the person on the phone said they would check and call me back I waited about 3 hrs. and no call back so I called again and got a different person and they said Friday is what was scheduled in the afternoon so I still don't have service if I could rate a negative star I would. Communication is not very good Troy
The UTOPIA Fiber technicians came into my front lawn(not road side but house side) without so much as a knock at the door or notification of any kind, and destroyed two large patches of my front lawn to include a sprinkler head. I came home and couldn't even pull into my driveway because of their vehicles and equipment. I didn't even sign up for their services. I would rate them 0 out of 5 stars all around if I could.
So far, so good! They came out and took care of everything, with no setup fee. They were even able to come a day earlier than expected. They were very professional, and everything went smooth. They left a little gift box as well. I haven't had any problems with the connection or speed. It would be 5 stars if I didn't also have to have a separate provider, as now I have 2 separate accounts and bills. The cost is very reasonable, so it's definitely worth it!
Great service, from trenching to cable pulling to final installation. A very impressive process. The entire team was professional, efficient and courteous. The service works fine and the upload and download speeds are as promised. The monthly price seems fair. What more could I ask?
Omg! This is the best thing that I have ever done. The connection is lightening fast and clean...it makes Broadband look antiquated. But even better is the customer service. I have never met such nice and professional install guys in my life...and Utopia gave me a gift of Swag!! Coolest blanket ever plus Twizzlers and Popcorn! I am 150% Pleased!! I will never go back. Yay UTOPIA!!
