the staff was not friendly at all. My friend purchased a couple of items. When my friend said thank you to the lady helping him. She didn't respond like she was giving item to him for free. We wouldn't be coming back.

I'm not sure why this store got so many bad reviews, particularly the guy below me named \george luna\ who gave a negative review just because the employee helping him didn't hear his friend say thank you, doesn't make sense to me at all. The people who work here are very helpful, knowledgable, and welcoming from my experience, and have the best customer service of any gun store I've ever been too, don't let the bad reviews fool you because it seems like a lot of them are way too entitled and critical. Highly recommended

I’m a first time gun buyer went in and bought my Glock 17 just waiting for it to arrive now but the transaction went smooth and painless. The blonde woman who works there was very cool. Definitely going to be my go to store especially since they are veteran owned which makes it even better.

Great customer service! Been Twice already. Bought ammo nice and easy. Second visit dropped off my 80 series colt 1911 for some work with no hassle. Gotta say though with all these people complaining about lines and wait times. It’s just how things are now. I recently stood outside bass pro for 3-4 hrs just to get told to come back the next day. My waits here were nothing less than 30min to get in. Better than a lot of other gun shops around. Can’t wait to come back for my Colt!

Called with questions about pricing and availability. The women that I spoke with seemed annoyed by my call. She wasn’t very helpful. Or nice. Eh. We all have bad days.
