We had the best and easiest time with our rental from Freedom RV. From going in January and picking out what RV we wanted to rent, to picking up the RV driving it to the Grand Canyon and returning the RV everything was so easy. We are already planning for our next RV rental. Thank you Zach for answering all of my many emails, and helping to make our vacation run smoothly.

Freedom RV Rentals is the only place I will ever rent from again! So professional! I was in a bind to find a last minute rental for Stagecoach 1 month before and they gave me the exact unit I was looking for! After having my three month pre-order just cancelled out of the blue from their competitor (\sorry it's been removed from the fleet\), Freedom RV was the answer to my prayers! Not only did Freedom RV answer my email request the night I sent it after hours, they also followed up with me over the phone the next morning! For the same price, Zack processed my order with my own choice of departure and return times!! SO amazing they worked around our vacation unlike most companies! Can't wait to take the Class C Bunkhouse on our trip! Thank you Freedom RV!

I would recommend Freedom RV Rentals to any person looking to rent an RV at a great price with a great selection to choose from. Not only are the staff polite and helpful, but they are very accommodating to satisfying their customers. This place is great and I plan to rent another RV from them this coming July, 2014. EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband went through the walk through with them and was pointing out various small dents and scratches before renting the RV. He was told not look for such minor things, but for bigger dents and damage, so he stopped. Upon returning it, we were charged for those minor scratches he was told he did not need to document. They went through our insurance and charged our insurance over 3000. These people are not honest. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I had rented once before from Freedom RV. The first time there were no hitches and we had a great time at the Rose Bowl. The second time around however, was a terrible experience. I received a call at 5:05 PM the night before a 9:00 AM pick up stating that there was a mechanical problem with the vehicle, that everyone would be leaving the dealership in the next 10 minutes and could I call back in the morning. The following morning it took 2 phone calls to connect with anyone and when I finally did there was zero lack of concern for the catastrophic impact on a long anticipated family vacation. The coach was never made available and we were forced to find a private party with an available option. If you are planning ahead and looking forward to a fun trip, DO NOT count on Freedom RV to deliver for you! Not only are they unreliable, but they could care less about you or your business.
