Amazing experience... My shoulder felt relaxed and my whole body felt energized. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The business was clean and a very tranquil environment. Loved it....I plan on getting membership. Everyone should try it at least once.

We first visited frost and float as a last resort for unners knee\. We had tried everything! A team mate suggested we give it a try. After 4 spot treatments my soccer player was back in action, pain free. Remarkable as she had been in pain for 6 months, through club tryouts even. The staff is super knowledgeable and so nice they feel like friends. We have since floated-which is wonderful. Have also done full body cryo and the facial for acne with some noticeable improvement. I love this place and everyone I talk to knows this. Thank you everyone at frost and float for keeping my athlete active!
