These people were about 60% of what waste management was charging, with all their add-ons, fees, and surcharges. Get Murtha and you don’t have to deal with any of this. We had been waste management customers for over ten years but they kept raising our rates all the time. Plus, when the truck damaged a bin, it seemed like a nitemare to actually call n talk to somebody to get it replaced. Would have been great if the driver was attentive enuff (or pointed the camera in the right direction) and just got it replaced automatically. Then when I called to cancel service, waste management said “Oh we can lower your rate substantially!” wah? So I’ve been overpaying all this time? So like I said above, just get Murtha. They don’t play games with pricing. You call and talk to a friendly cust service person right away. Yes they only pick up every other week but the bin is huge.

A big high five to Murtha Sanitation employees! I would recommend this company to anyone. Yesterday, my car tire went completely flat about 1/2 mile from Baldwin, I stopped at Murtha to ask for enough air to get my car to Kwik Trip. The shop guys were MORE then helpful, they quickly and immediately not only filled my tire, but patched it & got me on my way. They went way above & beyond. Good people.
