I go to see Izzy once a month for massage. There is nobody else that I would trust for this integral component of my self care routine. Izzy is kind, compassionate, and the best massage therapist I have ever been to.

I purchased a 60-minute massage that I stumbled across on Groupon, and being introduced to Muscle & Bone may be the best thing that's happened to my body in quite some time. I had my full body massage with Logan and he was professional, understood what areas I wanted to focus on, very knowledgable, and didn't waste a second of time getting started. It was one of the best massages I have ever received, and I absolutely will be returning as a regular client.

I had a great massage here today. The space is so beautiful and relaxing and Izzy is incredibly knowledgable about the body. He was able to address all my issues and do deep work but at a pace that allowed me to relax and feel well heard and taken care of. The work was very effective and I will definitely return as muscular and mobility issues resurface. I'm happy to have found this great therapist and would highly recommend Muscle and Bone.

Izzy is hands down (no pun intended) the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. He is so knowledgeable about anatomy and has an intuitive sense of the origins of my pain, tightness and discomfort, and uses unique and effective techniques to release the stressors that are the cause. He is comforting and compassionate as he works on me, making sure that the pressure is never too much. I can't believe the difference a session with Izzy makes in reduction of pain and in my overall well-being. I give him my highest recommendation.
