MAGC is the best music school I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I have been studying voice here with Emma for over 1 year now and it has been amazing! I’ve made more progress with her than I did with my previous two teachers (different schools). She’s such a nice and caring teacher and is very knowledgeable in everything music related and also teaches piano as well. The school has a very positive vibe. Lisa, the secretary, always happily greets students and is great at managing scheduling. The place is always kept extremely clean and it’s always such a pleasant environment. To any students looking for an outstanding music school, look no further!

My son Ilyas loves it here. He started about two months ago and two or three lessons in he already knew how to read and play sheet music on the piano. I can see he is making good and steady progress.
The Music Academy of Garden City is top notch. My children have studied guitar, piano and voice at the academy for over four years. The progression that I have seen in my children's abilities is astounding. In four short years they have developed talent that could not have been attained without the dedication and professionalism of the academy owners and instructors. I have had the pleasure of watching my children, as well as other academy students, perform at many events organized by the academy. These concerts/recitals are always entertaining. The staff and the students work very hard to put on a fabulous show. In addition, the academy's office manager is extremely well organized and conscientious. We all have children that are involved in numerous activities which sometimes causes a conflict; she always does her best to accommodate schedule changes when difficulties arise. The Music Academy of Garden City is an exceptional institution. Our three sons have attended the Academy for more than five years and studied a number of different instruments giving us the opportunity to work with a variety of the Academy's instructors. Every one has been an accomplished musician, a great teacher and an absolute pleasure to have as an instructor for our children. The consistently high quality of instruction and the high level of professionalism with which the Academy operates make the Academy an unusual find. I would highly recommend the Music Academy of Garden City.
My son has been attending Music Academy of Garden City for over 5 years and has had a wonderful experience. The owners, John and Peter Coco, are always courteous, attentive, and professional. All the teachers are excellent musicians and educators. The support staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this school to any musician, from beginner to experienced. My son has become a proficient drummer because of what he has learned at this school. Thank you Music Academy.
