Clean Streak

Jessie, Bob, and James were all so helpful and awesome! They were polite, professional, and courteous. They let me handle several guitars and helped me pick out the perfect 3/4 guitar for my daughter! If I were the store manager, I’d give them all raises IMMEDIATELY! Love these guys so much. Stop in to hang out and chat with them. You won’t be disappointed!

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We rented an instrument first and any time there was a problem, it was addressed immediately. When the time came to purchase, they made it really easy to transfer instruments.

I'm there a lot. There inventory may not be large , but their knowledge is. If they don't have it, they are most likely able to get it and at good prices. This is a Great music store. I have purchased many products from them. If you know your music or you don't they can help. Their staff is very music oriented and helpfully polite. They are easy to talk to and always attentive. Any questions ? Just come down and ask or call. If they don't know I'd be surprised , but they will admit and know where to get the answers for you. If you need something or just have a question they are more than worth checking out. You won't be let down.

They are very nice and try to be helpful, but fall short. I rent my daughter's Viola from them and tried to get her private lessons there a few times. We finally found a time that would worked and as they were putting in in the computer and charging me for it, one of the 2 people said it looks like someone else is slotted for that time. The other person said it must be old because it was not on the board. The 1st lesson was more than a week after we had paid the 60 and they finally called me the night before to let us know it was double booked and we could not have that time. I called back the next day and they tried to schedule me for a time I knew the teacher was unavailable from the last time I was there. We could not find a time that works for us, and I would have thought they would have refunded me, but I decided to call the next day to make sure. I called the number that shows up on my bank account. They told me I had to call the store. I called the store and sure enough no refund had been processed. Everyone I spoke to has been very polite, but they appear to be unorganized. I have found another place to get lessons and they have more of a variety of days and times for her instrument.

Went in here for the first time since they changed the store from maximum music. They guy who assisted me was very helpful and had great customer service! Got my guitar intonated and sounding wonderful. Would recommend to anyone
