My son was starting to learn the violin. My wife had one for him to us, but it needed some repairs. we brought it in an was told it was going to be shipped to a different location and it would be roughly 2 weeks. and that they would call us when it was ready to be picked up. we waited a few days after the expected return and it was there to be picked up. we also requested to have the strings replaced on the first visit. I went in and the same rep that took the request originally acted like this was not previously discussed and so the strings were not replaced. but he said he had to run to a different store for something and would take care of it when he returned. I told them I would just return the next day just to give plenty of time for it. returned the next day and apparently the had just replaced the strings earlier that day and was told it basically took 3 different associates to do it. and because they were not done correctly one of the strings broke when my son was practicing in class.

The school recommends this place. They have a variety of one item, and we were given the most expensive of them. I asked. Why do they make cheaper ones if they aren't good? The girl stated she doesn't know. Since they are the only one that HEB ISD, prefers, all students should be given reasonable discount. TOO PRICEY!

The Postons

We went in a while back to rent a violin for my daughter. A young man (man, I'm old) named Nicholas helped me & went above and beyond. She needed a 1/4 size violin, which he didn't have at that location, so while we went to an appointment we had to make, he took it upon himself to drive out to the Hurst store and pick one up for us, despite me telling him that I could go out and get it after our appointment. He called me and let me know he'd gotten it, we went back to this location after our appointment, and he made the entire transaction as easy and painless as possible. He was unfailingly polite and had a great attitude. I highly recommend him and will be going back to patronize this store for future musical needs.

I came in wanting a piano but not knowing much about the type of keyboard should get. The owner explained everything to me about what to look for and how to get started with piano. He also gave me tons of deals on the price making the total much better then other offers online. I was really happy with the experience and will be returning. I 100% recommend giving this place a visit.
