I'll give it two stars, the place is nice ive been there a few times but in an emergency they aren't reliable ive been calling them for hours I needed a piece for my son's bass clarinet and they never answered the phone it was waiting their hours, so to walk in nice store but in an emergency not so much

Due to Covid-19, our local store is closed. I emailed Music & Arts, left VM at their 1-888 number, nobody contacted me back. Finally got a hold, and was told to go to different store to return rental instrument otherwise will be charged. Then when I asked for more days the woman just hand up on me. And when I dialed the number for the livingston store, nobody picks up the phone! WORST service during the pandemic when other companies all take into consideration of the situation!

Love the place i got my daughter a guitar there the other day and its the best service!!!!! Totally reccomend it!! Also i got a case for her perfect size and only 20 dollars! :)
