In my opinion, it was too easy. The terms for rent to own were simple and easy to understand. The service was great. They answered all my questions for my 1st time trumpet player with no hesitation. They had all the supplies and equipment I needed for my kiddo to be ready on the 1st day of band practice. No complaints. Thanks.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with this location over the last few months, and each time I was blown away by the customer service! Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful, and he saved the day today when I was worried my child wouldn’t have a repaired instrument in time for her concert. I was unable to return or exchange an instrument within the 30 day window due to me paying cash. I was informed that if I had rented the instrument I would have been able to exchange for a smaller size. First and last time I will be visiting Music & Arts.

I would not reccomend renting an instrument from this company if you can avoid it any way! Their billing is ridiculous and unmanaged and their customer service is nonexistent if you enjoy being a number and dollar sign enjoy... horrible experience if I could give zero stars I would
