HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a PRS DW CE24. They charged me 2769.15 as I elected for express shipping. At checkout I was told they would ship next business day...which it didn't. Fast forward to two weeks later and I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. Everytime I speak to them, they say they are processing my refund and will send an email with an update. I have never received an email OR a refund. This is theft. I complained to BBB and am disputing the charges, They should be ashamed of themselse.

Careful giving them your email. I get several emails a week asking for me to make purchases.
I've been doing business with MF for 25 years or more. Used to go into the store in Medford Oregon. Each and every time not a hitch. Everything done in a short time span and done correctly. I called the order number this time and made it correctly. Didn't get it so I call to see what up. Was told. The money didn't go through. Then why was I told and I quote" hang on a second, sh there everything is done order made, ground delivery, paid in full have a good evening" end ofquote. When I hear that I just, silly me, think it's all good.myaccount reflects it being paid in full and that amount was spent. What ya thinking
Wouldn't recommend. They can simply cancel the order without explanation
shipping was good have no problem but return took forever. Is not about customer service but sound like this place want to keep the item and money altogether. Is has been 3 weeks still didn't get my refund. call customer service several time it said they will refund but never did.
Mishandled my order twice. I will be ordering from Sweetwater going forward. Really a shame that y'all took a nosedive once guitar center took over
Worked here quite some time ago, considering working there again. Very friendly staff and coworkers, love the amount of knowledge base you get working there, only downside was the absolute mad rush of work you would get during holiday seasons, which isn't really the companies fault.
Received defective unit, return process took longer than expected (about 3 weeks total) with a few calls in between. Finally did get a refund but with persistence.
