Fantastic Solar Eclipse cruise! We had a great time, boat was very clean, staff was so helpful and accommodating! We had a great view of the eclipse the whole time and really would love to visit again!

Beware of the bad reviews and look at date. Most over a year old. Was very worried from Google, FB, etc. reviews that 1) spiders everywhere and 2) terrible service and 3) old food. NONE of which happened today on the Champagne Brunch cruise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, boat was clean (saw no spiders or dirt), food was good, and it was a nice and relaxing boat ride! Would definitely do this again and recommend to others. That being said.. we did have one hiccup explained below. *The only thing that was a slight hiccup was we purchased the tickets night before online from website. Website said pick up at will call. Most will calls for concerts,movies, sports games, amusement parks, etc., I have been to you give your name, id, or credit card used. We were told upon arrival we should have printed it off because they had no record of our name or ticket. We had a receipt emailed to us but we did not print it off. On website it just said pickup at Will Call so why would we need to bring a receipt if we had already paid? Any Will Call I have been to that you need a receipt it says specifically you need to have it. Luckily, it was handled and we were able to board....where we had a delightful experience.
You can read my review on Facebook, but to sum it up: We did a dinner cruise for a business conference. Drink tickets were outrageously priced, they didn't have half of the alcohol we wanted, and they refused to serve us dinner until after 8pm - and at that point, they chose who would eat and who would not. Those who are told me the food was terrible and they have very small portions. I wouldn't know - they never called for me to eat until 9pm, at which point they said "if you haven't eaten, you can go eat". Wasn't hungry at that point. Very rude staff and while we did get to see a nice sunset, I could have seen that from my hotel room, fully fed. DO NOT GO ON ANY CRUISE OFFERED BY THIS COMPANY, EVEN IF IT IS FULLY PAID FOR AND NO EXPENSE TO YOU.
