The Muskogee location needs More Technicians! Because I've been waiting to get an adjustment to my chair.

So I've never heard of having to go and get your own medical equipment that had been ordered 10 weeks ago and I know they had it at least a week which I had to make a call to inquire ..they came to the house to measure and eval..Idk why I had to drive 40miles to pick it up and bring my severely disabled child. I thought they delivered and set up at your home for the customers convieance. ? That's what I was told 10weeks ago. My disabled foster child with scoliosis, peripheral artery disease and numerous other ailments had spent an hour and half waiting while they got her measurements again and readjusted the device because someone didn't get them accurately the first time. She was up in a hard office chair so long her foot turned blue from not being elevated after so long of waiting. Then the device didn't fit in the trunk of a descent sized car and it should have. The guy that was trying to get the device to collapse and fold down didn't know what he was doing or how to operate the device. Instead I had to leave it there drive home 40miles get my truck and drive back up there for them to tell me they figured out how to properly fold the device right as I left..so it would have fitted into the car to begin with. A courtesy call would have been great because I was still in the area running errands and would have came back by. This is probably the last time I come here. And I don't recommend.
This is the ONLY place to get your wheelchair! The service is second to none! The care and concern of Rusty and Justin is unmatched! Been a long time customer of theirs and will never go to anyone else. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and committed to giving you the best service and equipment possible! They also have a certified physical therapist, Sherri, examine you and your abilities to make sure the wheelchair will fit all your needs. And the Medicare approval time is the shortest wait I've ever experienced. They are so knowledgeable and thorough in Medicare regulations that the request is approved within a reasonably short time. So happy to do business with this branch!!! These men are such great Christian men and a blessing to me!
Rusty and Justin have worked with kids and families in and around the area for years! They are well known for their expertise and genuine concern for each child, adult, and family they serve. All physical therapists speak highly of them and know they can always count on them. The support staff in Muskogee has always gone above and beyond!
