I went to the dealership because I knew I wanted a small SUV, and had done research online comparing models and brands of said type of vehicle. Hyundai had been recommended to me by a family member, and I decided to purchase the vehicle in my state instead of crossing state lines (since I live quite close to the Oklahoma/Arkansas border) to do so. I was completely up front about why I had come; I needed a new car and told them what model I was interested in. I gave it a short test drive, was satisfied by the performance the car gave me, and decided I would buy it. Since my former car had mechanical issues, I wasn't expecting much trade-in value, and was satisfied with the amount offered for it. The buying process took a few hours, naturally, but while waiting for the formalities and paperwork to be finished, I was comfortable waiting at the dealership. The staff were attentive and polite, and their hospitality was appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and may purchase from them again.

Loving the free oil changes! The guys here have always been friendly and provide quick service. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership in approximately 4-5 years, and I would recommend their business to anyone! The staff there was very friendly. Didn't feel like I was getting attacked when I stepped out of my vehicle. The salesman wasn't pushy in anyway. Had several cars to look at and if I didn't see one they was willing to find one that I might have liked better.
